April Planning

  1. Our new contract with Greenscapes started March 1st. Our new monthly installment will go down $697.50
  2. Ornamental plants such as” IVY ” is not covered for replacement due to winter damage.
  3. During April, I will do a walk around with Kevin from Greenscapes.  We will discuss the raised flower bed by the mailboxes, one more tree and a few limbs to be removed.
  4. Maureen Reymann is scheduled to put the annual flower in both flower beds by the mailboxes April 30th and May 1st.
  5. Grass cutting will start around April 22nd.
