Rules and Regulations Update

The Rules and Regulations have been updated to conform to Kentucky law concerning political yard signs. An updated copy can be found in the Documents section. The signs can be no larger than 18 X 24 inches. They can only be placed in the current shrub and tree beds that are immediately adjacent to your unit. They cannot be placed there earlier than 30 days before an election, and must be removed no later than 7 days after the election.
