May 11, 2026 7:30 am - 10:00 pm
1. The sealing will start at the entrance on the exit side and will con nue around Arborcrest circle. The people living con Arborcrest and the Courts should be prepared to have their areas free of cars and anything in the driveway areas.
2. Remember you can navigate to home un l the sealing crew reaches your area. Make plans accordingly to park in other areas while your area is being sealed. It should be driveable by 10:00 PM.
3. Please no deliveries for the week including AMAZON DHL FEDEX DOOR DASH KROGER ETC.
4. IF There is an emergency we will be able to get the emergency vehicle to the residents.
5. We will barricade all areas where the sealing will occur.
6. Our goal is to keep as much traffic off the roads as possible.
7. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO LIMIT COMING AND GOING.
8. Garbage will be picked up hoping that we get early pickup otherwise we will need to move trash cans manually to areas that can be accessed.
9. No mowing or other work will be performed this week.
