Primary Election – May 21, 2024

Kentucky has closed primaries. You can only vote in this year’s primary election for candidates of your party affiliation as of December 31, 2023. If you had selected “other” as your party affiliation, you are eligible to vote only for nonpartisan offices in any primary election. This year there are no nonpartisan races, so only registered Democrats and Republicans can vote in the primary. In general or special elections, you may vote for any candidate.

Rules and Regulations 2022 Revision

The Rules and Regulations for the condos have been revised and can be found in the Documents section. One change was to prohibit window air conditioners which were technically not allowed but not specifically mentioned. The other change was to reinforce that any maintenance or repair of approved changes made by the owner to the unit are the responsibility of the unit owner and subsequent owners of that unit.
