The Board approved the recommendations. Homeowners will be notified by Cheryl Shontz, propertymanager.. Greenscapes will begin removing crown gall infested euonymous on August 13, 2007. Due to Spring Arbor's abundant shrubbery growth, the Board will determine if replacement shrubs are needed. Bill Barnoski and I wanted to update the Community on the progress of reworking the dormers, gables, garage and porch overhead sections. At this point we are very satisfied with the garage and porch improvements. |
